If Kachaka fails to return to the charging dock and the app displays 'Charging failed', there are several possible causes. Please check the following:
1. Cannot reach the charging dock
(a.) Incorrect recognition of the location on the map
Please check the 'Map' in the Kachaka app. If the location shown on the map differs from the actual location of Kachaka, say "Hey Kachaka, calm down." and see if there is any improvement in behavior.

(b.) No-entry areas are blocking the passage
If no-entry areas are set around the charging dock, try '① Deleting the area' or '② Moving the area to a position slightly away from the charging dock' to see if the issue is resolved.

(c.) Not enough space around the charging dock
There should be about 30 cm of space on both sides and 80 cm of space in front of the charging dock. Please check your environment.
2. Reaches the charging dock but keeps going in and out
(a.) The AC adapter of the charging dock is not connected to the outlet
Please make sure that the charging starts when Kachaka returns to the charging dock.
