Software update may be advanced to the end processing.However, if you wait for about 10 minutes, the LED ring does not change from the blue color, and if you do not see the restart in Kachaka, the software update may fail.
Operate the restart of Kachaka and try the update again.If you fail the software update many times, contact the customer support.
3. The screen during the update is displayed
The smartphone network is connected to a Kachaka another Wi-Fi network, or the Kachaka may have failed to connect the Wi-Fi network.(If Kachaka is offline, the processing of the software update will be interrupted.)
If you can confirm that your smartphone is connected to the Wi-Fi network that Kachaka is always connected, please operate the Kachaka restart.After Kachaka starts up, please check the communication status of the Wi-Fi network and try the update again.
